We loved the modern and clean room, equipped with great facilities. The comfortable beds and quality linen provided a good night's sleep. The location was perfect for business travelers, close to Victoria Station and in a quiet street. The blackout blinds were a bonus for undisturbed rest. Additionally, the staff were welcoming and helpful, providing excellent service.

We felt really welcomed, without anything to complain about.

The hotel had a really comfortable and quiet environment. It was great to be able to open a window and hear bird song from the park. The hotel also offered a free upgrade when I asked for a room with a bath, a nice surprise.

The housekeeping forgot to empty the fridge and there were items that were past their sell-by date. The steps to the entrance were a bit daunting, especially if you have a heavy case and need assistance.

I loved staying at this hotel in a peaceful area of the city. The location is fantastic, near bus stops and within walking distance to Victoria station. The hotel staff were very helpful in providing directions, and I appreciated the fact that they recommended buying an oyster card upon arrival. The hotel itself is verysuper clean and cozy, and the rooms are equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The breakfast was delicious, and the staff were very friendly and professional.

This place is located in a lovely quiet area with a park across the street, perfect for relaxing walks. It's not directly connected to the underground, but it's conveniently located with easy access to transport links. What I loved the most was the service: the staff members nearby were just amazing! They gave me an excellent service at the reception desk: from the welcome drink to tours/ticket assistance, they've done it all! In addition, the room amenities are everything one could need, with tea and coffee facilities, in-room safe.

The staff didn't seem to know that we had breakfast included in our reservation, but that didn't detract from the overall exceptional service. I would highly recommend this venue to anyone looking for a peaceful and comfortable stay!

I was actually surprised by the location and cleanliness of this hotel. The room was beautifully decorated and clean. The staff were friendly and cute. I was thrilled to find free weekend parking right outside the hotel.
